Attendance Policy

Students are expected to attend all scheduled lessons. Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. Consistent attendance is key to progress.

Cancellation Policy

I ask for at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations. Lesson days and times are agreed upon prior to the start of instruction. Makeups and reschedules are not available — this applies to student cancellations as well as teacher absences. If I am unable to hold a lesson on your scheduled day, we will simply resume at our next regularly scheduled session. Cancellations from students' families made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full lesson fee. No-shows from students' families will be charged the full lesson fee and may result in loss of your recurring time slot.
